About Project 
The WASHREG workshop was organized by Momentum with the collaboration of UNICEF to lay a foundation of a regulatory regime for WASH services through the adaption of UNICEF’s WASHREG approach methodology. The objectives of the workshop included the validation of gap analysis of the WASH related laws, policies, and strategic plans conducted by Momentum from the officials of the various departments of Federal Government, Government of Punjab, Government of Sindh, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Government of Balochistan.

Services Provided:

Momentum provided an all-encompassing expertise for conducting the workshop. The expertise was provided in the realm of human resource, financial management along with looking after all the administrative aspects of the workshop. Our human resource expertise involved the mapping of all the relevant secretaries of the national and provincial governments for adapting the UNICEF’s WASHREG approach methodology in the context of Pakistan.
Moreover, Momentum also handled all the financial inflows and outflows of the workshop which included the disbursement of payments to all the participants of the workshop in the light of allowances determined by the federal and provincial governments.
Beyond these services, Momentum also provided logistical services from arranging the venues of the workshop to the boarding and lodging of the representatives of Federal Government, Government of Punjab, Government of Sindh and Government of Balochistan by forging a close working relationship with the management of Pearl Continental, Bhurban.
