After conducting prudent analysis, Momentum designed and successfully delivered Management Development Program for the middle and higher management cadre of Mari Petroleum Company Limited. This has been a week-long management development program. The training modules included:

– Communication & Conflict Management Skills
– Leadership Development
– Stress Management
Work Life Balance – Emotional Intelligence Course materials and work-books were developed for all the participants and the development program was embedded in the career progression program of the organization.
Momentum conducted a comprehensive analysis of the management development before designing and developing the outline of the training. Additionally, training modules were presented, along with course materials and workbooks.
