Country Strategy Program III (2010-2015) Evaluation for Plan International Pakistan

Objective:

Review of Country Strategic Programme (CSP) spanning across 2010 to 2015, conducted for Plan International Pakistan. All the Programme areas including Education, Health, Disaster Risk Reduction, Livelihood and Governance, were evaluated during the exercise. Prepared a Country Strategy Plan III, evaluation framework & executed the same, for ensuring a CSP III evaluation in line with Programme Accountability & Learning System (PALS) guidelines of Plan International. Plan’s entire organizational functions were scanned to determine the fit between the programming priorities and organizational functions. Ensured inclusion of the entire related stakeholder including Plan’s Country Leadership Team, Plan’s Programme Unit Team, Plan Partners, CSOs and related Government Officials. Carried out an objective evaluation based upon a blend of Qualitative & Qualitative methods of analysis. Mapped out actual performance against CSP III goals and objectives in every Programme area and identified & defined the gaps. Prepared & provided key learning(s) arising out of CSP III evaluation, conducted a structured presentation with the Plan’s Country Leadership & Programme Team(s). A workable input provided at the preparation stage of CSP IV (2015-2020)

Services Provided:

Momentum carried out an organizational review of Plan International Pakistan. This review revolved out the strategic plans and targets of Plan International Pakistan and how it would expand its work across the country. Based on this review, a five-year workplan was prepared.
