Momentum conducted comprehensive background research on capacity building of the federation and the unions to create a cadre of master trainers. Based on this research, 11 manuals were prepared. These manuals became the basis of Tots.
Researched and developed 11 comprehensive manuals to ensure capacity building of youth around the aspects of successful career development while addressing their life skills development needs. These manuals were designed for the Livelihood Improvement Programme of the organization. 06 days training of master trainers was also conducted for the career counsellors and Programme staff.
