This project involved a thorough assessment of Mari Petroleum Higher Secondary School (MPHSS), focusing on its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The evaluation encompassed all aspects of the school’s operations, with special attention to Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs. Based on the findings, a detailed roadmap was developed to reorganize the school, address key challenges, and improve overall quality. The insights from this assessment aim to enhance the learning environment and improve the academic outcomes and results of the students at MPHSS.

Services Provided:

Momentum conducted a comprehensive assessment of Mari Petroleum Higher Secondary School (MPHSS), Daharki, Pakistan. Our evaluation covered a wide range of areas, including school management, teacher training, curriculum, student learning outcomes, ICT-based learning, education quality, and organizational elements.

  1. Detailed Assessment: We conducted a thorough assessment of all facets of the MPHSS, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  2. School Reorganization Roadmap: Based on the assessment findings, we developed a detailed roadmap for reorganizing the school to address identified challenges and improve overall quality.
  3. ECE Evaluation: We evaluated both in-school and out-of-school factors related to early childhood education (ECE), including teaching-learning environments, resources, standards, and ECE teacher performance.

Our comprehensive assessment provided MPHSS with valuable insights into its strengths and weaknesses, enabling the school to implement targeted improvements.
